Ingredients For party sausage dip

  • 2 oz
    cream cheese
  • 4 oz
    pepper jack cheese
  • 4 oz
    colby jack cheese
  • 8 oz
    sharp chedder cheese (save half)
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano
  • 1 Tbsp
    thyme
  • 1 lb
    ground itallian sausage (mild or hot)
  • 1 bunch
    scallions or chives (chopped (fine)
  • 3 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 1 can
    7oz diced jalapeno peppers (drained)
  • 1 can
    10oz diced tomatoes with jalapeno peppers (drained)
  • 1 bag
    tortilla chips (family size)

How To Make party sausage dip

    Bring cheeses up to room temperature
  • 2
    Pre-heat Oven to 350 degrees
  • 3
    Brown Sausage in Skillet and place in mixing bowl
  • 4
    Cut Colby Jack, Pepper Jack and Sharp Cheddar Cheeses into small pieces
  • 5
    Fold in Cream Cheese, Tomato Paste, Cheeses, Diced Tomato with Jalapeno Peppers and Diced Jalapeno Peppers, Mixing Thoroughly.

    Place Mixture in a 9 inch to 10 inch Backing Dish, Spread Out evenly.

    Cut Remaining Sharp Cheddar into very thin slices and place over mixture.

    Bake in Oven for 25 minutes to 30 minutes or until nice and bubbly. Remove and Garnish with Finely Chopped Scallions or Chives, Let sit for 10 Minutes and Serve while still Hot.
