Ingredients

  • ·
    1 cup sour cream
  • ·
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ·
    1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • ·
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • ·
    1 cup chopped ham
  • ·
    2 cans chopped green chiles, 4 oz. each
  • ·
    1 loaf french bread
  • ·
    paprika

How to Make Party Loaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix sour cream, cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Stir in cheese, green onions, ham and chiles. Cut top off bread. Scoop out the center of bread, leaving a shell. Reserve the center portion for another purpose. Spoon cream cheese mixture into shell. Put on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Put on a serving platter. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with assorted crackers or corn chips.
    Serves 8 to 10
