I don't put the bell pepper in my cheese ball. My husband and kids love this.

Ingredients

2 packages cream cheese
1 package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped onions
1 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
dash ground red pepper
1 cup chopped pecans

How To Make party cheese ball

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and cheddar in small bowl with mixer until well blended.

Step 2

Add all remaining ingredients except nuts; mix well.
Step 3

Refrigerate several hours. Then take out and shape into ball; roll in nuts. Serve with ritz crackers.
