    sharp cheddar cheese, grated

    pimento
  • 3
    green onions, chopped
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 dash(es)
    salt
  • 1 dash(es)
    each red pepper and black pepper
  • 1 jar(s)
    raspberry or strawberry preserves

How to Make Party Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix first seven ingredients together. Mold cheese ball into a ring. Pour preserves in the middle of the ring. Serve with wheat thins or ritz crackers.
