When I lived at home, we went to several parties over holidays, and this was served at one of them. It is such a yummy appetizer!

Ingredients For party brie

  • 17 1/4 oz
    pkg frozen puff pastry
  • 1
    egg yolk
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 2 1/4 lb
    wheel brie, 8" in diameter
  • seedless grapes and nuts for garnish

How To Make party brie

  • 1
    Put pastry shape to 8 1/2" round (need 2). Brush cheese with egg before pressing on pastry. With top of knife, cut diamond design in top crust. Bake per pastry directions. Garnish with grapes and nuts. Serve with assorted crackers.
