Ingredients
- 17 1/4 ounces pkg frozen puff pastry
- 1 - egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 1/4 pounds wheel brie, 8" in diameter
- - seedless grapes and nuts for garnish
How To Make party brie

Step 1Put pastry shape to 8 1/2" round (need 2). Brush cheese with egg before pressing on pastry. With top of knife, cut diamond design in top crust. Bake per pastry directions. Garnish with grapes and nuts. Serve with assorted crackers.
