baguettes sliced at the bakery 1/2" thick
2 c
shredded parmesean cheese
1/2 c
best foods mayo
1/4 c
thinly sliced scallions
fresh cracked pepper

How to Make Parmesean Crostinis


  • 1mix the cheese, scallions and pepper then start adding the mayo, make it a little on the dry side.
    Because the cheese helps it all come together.
  • 2place about a tsp of mixture on each slice of bread place on cookie sheet
  • 3Bake at 400 degrees for 9 - 15 minutes, depending on oven. When golden brown they are done. Cheese will be extremely HOT be careful and ENJOY!!!
