  • 2
    baguettes sliced at the bakery 1/2" thick
  • 2 c
    shredded parmesean cheese
  • 1/2 c
    best foods mayo
  • 1/4 c
    thinly sliced scallions
  • dash
    fresh cracked pepper

How to Make Parmesean Crostinis


  1. mix the cheese, scallions and pepper then start adding the mayo, make it a little on the dry side.
    Because the cheese helps it all come together.
  2. place about a tsp of mixture on each slice of bread place on cookie sheet
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 9 - 15 minutes, depending on oven. When golden brown they are done. Cheese will be extremely HOT be careful and ENJOY!!!
