parmesan and herb mix
This is my way to have Parmesan cheese. So far we have used this mix on popcorn, chicken, pasta dishes, pizza, soups, mashed potatoes, and tons more. I typically use a whole container of pre-grated Parmesan cheese and add my spices to taste, but this time I had to grate my cheese by hand so decided to measure about what I put in. To store, seal airtight and keep in refrigerator as long as you would normally keep grated Parm.

- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 tablespoon dried, crushed oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried, crushed basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic poweder
- dash ground black pepper
