These are great. Nutty and creamy, perfect appetizers.

  • 1
    puff pastry sheet, thawed
  • 1/3 c
    finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 3/4 lb
    chilled brie chees, rind removed, cut into 36 pieces

How to Make Nutty brie tartlets


  1. Heat oven to 400. Spray 36 mini muffin cups w/ cooking spray. Unfold pastry sheet on floured surface. Roll sheet into a 14"-square. Cut into 36 squares.
  2. In small bowl, stir together walnuts, brown sugar and mustard. Spoon 1/4 tsp mix into each pastry cup.
  3. Top each cup w/ 1 piece of cheese. Bake 15 min, or until golden brown.
