We had a family reunion in Illinois Aug 17-20, 2018. This recipe was one Sherry brought (a cousin from Champagne Illinois) on Saturday, and was so amazingly good we asked her for the recipe.

Combine the cheddar and mayo, then add the bacon and onions, and nuts of your choice.
