This is one of my family's favorite for those special occasions. It is so easy and delicious. The presentation is part of the overall appeal.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8) oz
    cream cheese
  • 15 oz
    can sweet crushed pineapple,drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    seasond salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 medium
    fresh pineapple

How to Make Nannie Diane's Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredints(including nuts) well. Cut a fresh pineapple in half lengthwise leaving top on. Scoop out pineapple and place it on a serving platter. Just before serving add chilled cheese mixture. Serve with assorted crackers.
