nana's pimento cheese

This was my specialty when growing up. Mother always had me grate the cheese and make the concoction. Now I buy the preshredded and mixed cheeses.

Ingredients For nana's pimento cheese
4 ozdiced pimento, drained
1 1/2 cmayonnaise
1 tspworcestershire sauce
1 tsponion powder
1/2 tspold bay seasoning
2-3 cfinely shredded mixed cheeses
How To Make nana's pimento cheese
1Stir together pimento, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and Old Bay Seasoning in large bowl. Can add any other seasonings that sound good.
2Stir cheeses into pimento mixture until well combined. Store covered in refrigerator up to 1 week.
3Can be used as an appetizer with crackers, instead of sliced cheese on grilled sandwiches, toasted in oven on leftover buns or bread.
