nana's pimento cheese
This was my specialty when growing up. Mother always had me grate the cheese and make the concoction. Now I buy the preshredded and mixed cheeses.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces diced pimento, drained
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 2-3 cups finely shredded mixed cheeses
How To Make nana's pimento cheese

Step 1Stir together pimento, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and Old Bay Seasoning in large bowl. Can add any other seasonings that sound good.

Step 2Stir cheeses into pimento mixture until well combined. Store covered in refrigerator up to 1 week.

Step 3Can be used as an appetizer with crackers, instead of sliced cheese on grilled sandwiches, toasted in oven on leftover buns or bread.
