1 1/2 lbamerican cheese, not velveeta
-
4 ozgreen chiles
-
1 Tbspgarlic, minced

1/2 conion, diced

1/3 cwhole milk
-
1/2 cdiced ripe tomatoes

1/4 tspgarlic salt
How to Make My Version of Pappasito's Queso
- Melt cheese with milk in a double boiler until blended. Add chiles WITH LIQUID, garlic, onion and garlic salt and stir unil blended. Remove from heat and stir in tomatoes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips!
