MINI HAM AND CHEESE ROLLS
24browned, dinner rolls
2 Tbspdried, minced oion
2 Tbspprepared mustard
2 Tbsppoppy seeds
1/2 cbutter, melted
1/2 lbvery thin chopped ham slices, small slices
1/2 lbthinly sliced swiss cheese
1/8 tspground dill, optional
1/8 tspground parsley flakes, optional
How to Make MINI HAM AND CHEESE ROLLS
- Pre heat oven to 325 degrees F
- In a small mixing bowl, combine onion flakes,mustard, poppy seed, parsley and dill with melted butter.
- Split each dinner roll. brush one side with the butter mixture and place a piece of ham and swiss cheese, replace top like a sandwich. Do all 24 and place them on a cookie sheet. Drizzle rest of butter mixture across top of rolls.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve warm.
