Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 6 ounces deli ham slices, thin & chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup bacon bits
  • 2-3 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 12 ounces large refrig. flaky biscuits

How To Make mini cheddar ham cups

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, combine cheese, ham, mayo, bacon, and mustard.
  • Step 2
    Split biscuits into thirds. Press one each in ungreased miniature muffin tin pan (dough should go up the sides).
  • Step 3
    Fill each with about 1 T. of cheese mixture. Bake at 450 for 9-11 min. or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Let stand for 2 minutes before removing from pans. Serve warm. Yields 2-1/2 dozen.
