  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 6 oz
    deli ham slices, thin & chopped
  • 3/4 c
  • 1/3 c
    bacon bits
  • 2-3 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 12 oz
    large refrig. flaky biscuits

How to Make Mini Cheddar Ham Cups


  1. In a bowl, combine cheese, ham, mayo, bacon, and mustard.
  2. Split biscuits into thirds. Press one each in ungreased miniature muffin tin pan (dough should go up the sides).
  3. Fill each with about 1 T. of cheese mixture. Bake at 450 for 9-11 min. or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Let stand for 2 minutes before removing from pans. Serve warm. Yields 2-1/2 dozen.
