8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 tspgarlic salt

1 tspchili powder

1 cchopped pecans
How to Make Mimi's Cheese Ball
- Using a mixer combine all ingredients together. Sometimes I roll smaller balls into chili powder or chopped nuts.
- Either make balls, logs or put into containers. Wrap up well when storing in refrigerator and let come to room temp before serving with crackers.
