Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 package 8 oz, cream cheese, softened
- 1 can 4 1/2 oz, chopped green chiles, drained
- 1 can 2 1/2 oz, sliced black olives (optional)
- 2/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- - black pepper to taste
- 8 - 8" tortillas
- - salsa
How To Make mexican pinwheels

Step 1Combine first 9 ingredients. Spread 1/2 cup mixture over each tortilla; roll up, jellyroll fashion. Wrap each one separately & chill up to 8 hours before serving. Unwrap each roll and cut into 12 slices about 3/4" thick. Serve with salsa.
