Ingredients
- 2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilles
- 1 pound grated monterey jack cheese
- 3 - eggs, beaten
How To Make mexican jalepeno squares

Step 1Grease a 9x9 glass dish. Spread chilles on the bottom.

Step 2Mix beaten eggs and cheese and spread on the chilles

Step 3Bake for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and allow to set.

Step 4Cut into squares. Can be served warm or cold.
