This is a great and easy appetizer that is addicting! If you like the cheese that runs off a pizza or grilled cheese sandwich that gets browned then you will love this!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 2 cups shredded monteray jack
  • 6 - eggs
  • 8 ounces hot or mild taco sauce

How To Make mexican fudge

  • Step 1
    Mix all cheese together. Spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat eggs, add the taco sauce to this, and stir again. Pour this egg mixture over the first layer of cheese. Then put the other 1/2 of the cheese on top of the egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Cool for 5 minutes and cut into square serving pieces.
