i got this recipie from a good friend who got it from her sister. anyway, it's good stuff! here in New Mexico we call it Queso

Ingredients

  • large jar(s)
    chipotle salsa
  • 4 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 28 oz
    can of chili with beans
  • small can(s)
    chili beans
  • 2 lb
    ground sausage (hot or mild)
  • dash
    garlic powder

How to Make Melissa's Mexcian Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. brown the sausage, drain off the fat.
  2. either add all the ingredients to the crock pot and give it a couple of hours to melt the cheese, OR
  3. put everything in a pot, cook until melty and bubbly, then transfer to crockpot to keep warm.
