i got this recipie from a good friend who got it from her sister. anyway, it's good stuff! here in New Mexico we call it Queso

Ingredients

  • large jar chipotle salsa
  • 4 packages cream cheese
  • 28 ounces can of chili with beans
  • small can chili beans
  • 2 pounds ground sausage (hot or mild)
  • dash - garlic powder

How To Make melissa's mexcian dip

  • Step 1
    brown the sausage, drain off the fat.
  • Step 2
    either add all the ingredients to the crock pot and give it a couple of hours to melt the cheese, OR
  • Step 3
    put everything in a pot, cook until melty and bubbly, then transfer to crockpot to keep warm.
