mearlene's dip
This was a treat for Christmas in 2005, that was absolutely fantastic. Originally Neese cheese, it is actually Neese brand sausage (a NC product). This is a wonderful dip, hope you enjoy!

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound neese brand sausage, fried and drained
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1/2 bag bite sized tostitos
