How to Make Marinated Cheese - Steph

  1. Step 1 - Marinade: olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, pimientos, fresh parsley, chopped garlic; mix all ingredients well.
  2. Place cream cheese in freezer about 20 minutes to chill. Cut the Colby Jack Cheese and Cream CHeese in half lengthwise. Slice about 1/8" thick. Layer in logs alternating Colby Jack and Cream Cheese.
  3. Pour 3/4 marinade over the cheese. Chill overnight. Pour remaining marinade over cheeses just before serving. Serve with Wheat Thins. Makes a lot. ENJOY!
