Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese softened (8 oz)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 jar mango chutney (9 oz)
- 1/2 cup minced scallion
- 8 oz - bacon cooked and crumbled
How To Make mango curry spread

Step 1Beat cream cheese, salt and curry until fluffy and well blended.

Step 2spread into a serving dish. Cream cheese mixture should be about 1' thick and smooth on top.

Step 3Whirl chutney in a blender until smooth. Spread evenly over cream cheese.

Step 4Cover with crumbled bacon and scallions.

Step 5Refrigerate until serving time. This can be made 1-2 days ahead.
