    Manchego cheese, cut into sticks
  • 1/4 c
    sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • FOR THE PESTO
  • 2 c
    basil leaves
  • 1/4 c
    pine nuts
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 4 oz
    Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
