- 8 ounces Manchego cheese, cut into sticks
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- FOR THE PESTO
- 2 cups basil leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 ounces Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
How To Make manchego sticks with sun-dried tomatoes and pesto

Step 1Make the pesto by putting all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor.
