  • 8 ounces Manchego cheese, cut into sticks
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • FOR THE PESTO
  • 2 cups basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 ounces Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

How To Make manchego sticks with sun-dried tomatoes and pesto

  • Step 1
    Make the pesto by putting all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor.
  • Step 2
    Process while drizzling olive oil in.
