Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of container of your favorite pesto - i use buitoni
- 4 - flat breads about 6-7 inches round
- 2 - tomatoes sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 dash pine nuts if desired
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 clove garlic grated and cooked in fry pan.
- 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch fresh basil for garnish
How To Make low fat tomato mozzarella flat bread pizza

Step 1heat oven to 400 degree's Spread a layer of pesto on flat breads( about 1 Tablespoon on each.Fry the garlic for 30 seconds in the olive oil. Sprinkle over pesto.

Step 2Top with tomatoes,basil,and Italian seasoning.Sprinkle Mozzarella on top with pine nuts.Top with a little fresh basil leaves. Bake in oven for 10 minutes,or until cheese is hot and melted.
