If you like Tomato and Mozzarella. Here is an easy low fat recipe to enjoy.Cutting my calories until the big Thanksgiving feast next week. This recipe has been tweaked from it's original version.

Ingredients For low fat tomato mozzarella flat bread pizza

  • 4 Tbsp
    of container of your favorite pesto - i use buitoni
  • 4
    flat breads about 6-7 inches round
  • 2
    tomatoes sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp
    basil
  • 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 dash
    pine nuts if desired
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 clove
    garlic grated and cooked in fry pan.
  • 1/2 tsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch
    fresh basil for garnish

How To Make low fat tomato mozzarella flat bread pizza

  • 1
    heat oven to 400 degree's Spread a layer of pesto on flat breads( about 1 Tablespoon on each.Fry the garlic for 30 seconds in the olive oil. Sprinkle over pesto.

    Top with tomatoes,basil,and Italian seasoning.Sprinkle Mozzarella on top with pine nuts.Top with a little fresh basil leaves. Bake in oven for 10 minutes,or until cheese is hot and melted.
