Low Fat Tomato mozzarella flat bread pizza
4 Tbspof container of your favorite pesto - i use buitoni
4flat breads about 6-7 inches round
2tomatoes sliced thin
1/2 cmozzarella cheese shredded
1 dash(es)pine nuts if desired
1 tspitalian seasoning
1 clovegarlic grated and cooked in fry pan.
1/2 tspextra virgin olive oil
1 bunchfresh basil for garnish
How to Make Low Fat Tomato mozzarella flat bread pizza
- heat oven to 400 degree's
Spread a layer of pesto on flat breads( about 1 Tablespoon on each.Fry the garlic for 30 seconds in the olive oil. Sprinkle over pesto.
- Top with tomatoes,basil,and Italian seasoning.Sprinkle Mozzarella on top with pine nuts.Top with a little fresh basil leaves. Bake in oven for 10 minutes,or until cheese is hot and melted.
