lorraine b.'s cheese ball

I got this from a former co-worker who has since passed away from cancer. Every time I make this, I think of her.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened (i use the 8 oz. pkgs)
  • 1/2 cup onion, grated (i use a little less)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons worchester sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoon green or red (or some of both) pepper, chopped really small
  • - chopped pecans

How To Make lorraine b.'s cheese ball

  • Step 1
    Mix together everything EXCEPT the pecans. Roll into a ball. Cover with pecans. Chill.
  • Step 2
    Serve with crackers.
  • Step 3
    (I put on rubber gloves when I mix this up - it is sooo messy! lol)
