lorraine b.'s cheese ball
I got this from a former co-worker who has since passed away from cancer. Every time I make this, I think of her.

Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened (i use the 8 oz. pkgs)
- 1/2 cup onion, grated (i use a little less)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 2 tablespoons worchester sauce
- 1-2 tablespoon green or red (or some of both) pepper, chopped really small
- - chopped pecans
How To Make lorraine b.'s cheese ball

Step 1Mix together everything EXCEPT the pecans. Roll into a ball. Cover with pecans. Chill.

Step 2Serve with crackers.

Step 3(I put on rubber gloves when I mix this up - it is sooo messy! lol)
