little reuben appetizers
These are so nice to serve for St. Patrick's Day. They are simple to make and everyone seems to love them. A friend gave me this recipe last year and I make them whenever I need to take an appetizer to a dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 package appetizer size deli rye bread
- 1 cup prepared thousand island salad dressing
- 1/2 pound deli style corned beef, sliced thin
- 1 package sauerkraut, from deli or canned, well drained
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced swiss cheese
How To Make little reuben appetizers

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate bread slices and spread out on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Step 2Prepare each bread slice by first spreading with Thousand Island dressing, next place a slice or two of corned beef on top of bread, top with a tablespoon of sauerkraut, finally place a square of Swiss cheese on top of everything.

Step 3Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm from the oven.
