And when zesting the lemon make sure you don’t get any of the white part.... “ pith “ as that will make it bitter
The consistency of the cheese will seem strange but the taste will be amazing…
This is amazing with fruit, and ginger snap cookies….lemon and ginger is really good together

·8 ounces of plain yogurt drained in cheese cloth or coffee filter in the refrigerator over night
