How to Make Lazy Day Pepperoni Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl, combine milk and eggs.

Mix in flour with an electric mixer until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients and stir well to incorporate.
  2. Pour into a well greased 9 x 13 baking pan and bake at 425 degree F. for approximately 50 - 55 minutes. ( I added pepperoni to the top, you don't have to...if you do, make sure you don't burn it like I did)...lol!
  3. Let set up about 5 minutes before cutting. Cut into small squares. Serve with your favorite warmed marinara sauce.
