This came from a family friend in MO who had gotten it from her Italian Mother in Law. They are wonderful.

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 jar pimento stuffed olives
5 dashes tabasco (optional)

How To Make kitty balsamo's stuffed cheese balls

Step 1

Mix butter and flour, salt then add worchestershire and mustard. Then add in the grated cheese. Makes a dough. Make about 25 small balls of dough and roll each around a green olive. Place on cookie sheet. No need to grease.

Step 2

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy. Makes about 25.
