1Mash up cream cheese, and stir in all ingredients, using 1/4 the amount of nuts. Mix well. Use a very small amount of the pineapple juice to thin out the mixture, if needed.
2Chill for a short amount of to firm up, then shape into a ball. Chill at least one hour. I usually wrap it in saran wrap sprayed with Pam to keep it from sticking, or it can be placed in a small round bowl to retain shape.
Just before serving, remove from saran wrap or bowl, roll cheese ball in the remaining chopped nuts and place on serving dish.
Serve with your choice of crackers.
NOTE: Recipe can be doubled or tripled depending on your needs
