Adding sausage to this recipe really spices it up & adds more "umph" to it! Everyone I know raves about it!

Ingredients

1 pound jimmy dean maple ground sausage roll
1 jar small, any brand of salsa you prefer
- block of velveeta, cubed

How To Make "jimmy dean" rotel dip

Step 1

Fry sausage. Drain grease & set aside.

Step 2

Cut off how ever much of Velveeta you prefer & cube. I usually buy the big block & use about 1/2 of it. You can use more or less depending on your taste preferences (& # of guests served).
Step 3

Put in microwave-safe bowl & microwave until melted smooth, stirring occasionally. Add sausage & rotel dip, mix well & enjoy!
