How to Make "Jimmy Dean" Rotel Dip
- 1Fry sausage. Drain grease & set aside.
- 2Cut off how ever much of Velveeta you prefer & cube. I usually buy the big block & use about 1/2 of it. You can use more or less depending on your taste preferences (& # of guests served).
- 3Put in microwave-safe bowl & microwave until melted smooth, stirring occasionally. Add sausage & rotel dip, mix well & enjoy!
