Makes 2 logs OR 1 big ball
Ingredients
- 1 pound shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 - 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup finely chopped jalapenos
- dash garlic salt
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
How To Make jalapeno cheese log

Step 1Mix cheeses together, add jalapenos and garlic salt. Mix until smooth. Chill until firm, about 30-40 min. Shape into 2 logs or 1 big ball. Roll in chopped pecans and chill until ready to serve. Serve with wheat thins or other crackers
