I got this recipe at a picnic we went to years ago and I had to have it! We like to eat it with onion crackers.

Ingredients

4 1/2 ounces dried beef, diced into small size pieces
1 1/2 cups xtra sharp cheddar cheese shredded, the sharper the better!!!
16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
4 cloves garlic,minced
1 medium onion, minced
1/2 - green pepper, minced
1 - jalapeno peppers, minced
2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper juice

How To Make jalapeno cheese ball

Step 1

Combine in a bowl half of the dried beef and all of the rest of the ingredients, roll into balls then roll balls into left over dried beef to coat outside of each cheese ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in frigd over night. Recipe can be cut in half.
