Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 can (2 oz.) fire roasted diced green chiles, drained
- 3 tablespoons red peppers, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons jalapeño peppers, seeded, ribs removed and finely chopped
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup panko®
How To Make jalapeño bacon cheese dip

Step 1In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, green chiles, red peppers, jalapeño peppers, bacon and 1/4 cup grated cheese; stir to combine.

Step 2Transfer cream cheese mixture to a small baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula; set aside.

Step 3In a small bowl, mix together remaining cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle evenly on top of the cheese mixture.

Step 4Transfer to a 350ºF preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
