Ingredients

1 package 8 to 10 oz. monterrey jack cheese
1 package cheddar cheese
1 can evaporated milk
1 can chopped jalapeno's
3 to 4 - eggs

How To Make jalapeno appetizer

Step 1

Spread peppers on the bottom of a pan. Spread the two cheeses on top of the Jalapeño’s beat together the evaporated milk and eggs then pour over the cheeses.

Step 2

Bake 350 degrees 45 to 60 minutes or until lightly brown and fluffy. Cut into small squares and sever with crackers
