Ingredients
- 1 small whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1/2 package shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups seasoned panko ( japanese) bread crumbs
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups oil (whichever you prefer)
How To Make italian cheese balls

Step 1Mix ricotta, mozzarella, grated cheese, salt, and pepper in bowl.

Step 2Mix together eggs and milk.

Step 3In medium size pot heat oil to 350 degreese.

Step 4Make small 2 inch balls with cheese mixture.

Step 5Roll in flour then egg mixture then breadcrumbs.
