Ingredients

  • 1 small
    whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 pkg
    shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 c
    grated cheese
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    seasoned panko ( japanese) bread crumbs
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 4 c
    oil (whichever you prefer)

How to Make Italian Cheese Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, grated cheese, salt, and pepper in bowl.
  2. Mix together eggs and milk.
  3. In medium size pot heat oil to 350 degreese.
  4. Make small 2 inch balls with cheese mixture.
  5. Roll in flour then egg mixture then breadcrumbs.
