Ingredients

  • 1 small whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 package shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups seasoned panko ( japanese) bread crumbs
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups oil (whichever you prefer)

How To Make italian cheese balls

  • Step 1
    Mix ricotta, mozzarella, grated cheese, salt, and pepper in bowl.
  • Step 2
    Mix together eggs and milk.
  • Step 3
    In medium size pot heat oil to 350 degreese.
  • Step 4
    Make small 2 inch balls with cheese mixture.
  • Step 5
    Roll in flour then egg mixture then breadcrumbs.
