  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups fine dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound bel paese cheese, cubed
  • - oil

  • Step 1
    Combine milk and eggs, set aside. Mix crumbs, salt and pepper. Dip cheese in egg then coat with crumbs. Fry in oil until golden. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
