These are warm balls of cheddar cheese, and great appetizers. Mom got this from her friend Harriet Reutter, who also owned my first puppy! They were great friends.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- - paprika
How To Make individual cheeseballs, mom's

Step 1Cream cheese and butter well. Add flour and salt. Form into 40 small balls. Sprinkle with paprika, chill overnight. Bake 15 min at 300 degrees.
