sharp cheddar cheese (softened)
16 oz
cream cheese (softened)
2 Tbsp
finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp
finely chopped green bell pepper
2 Tbsp
diced pimento
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1 dash(es)
1 dash(es)
red pepper (or hot sauce)
1 1/2 c
chopped pecans

How to Make I Love Cheese Cheese Ball


  • 1In large bowl shred cheddar cheese and use fork (or clean hands) to blend well with cream cheese. Add 1/2 cup pecans and all other ingredients.
  • 2Refrigerate for about 30 minutes so cheese mixture will form better.
  • 3Form into one large or two smaller balls and roll in pecan pieces.
  • 4Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Better if refrigerated 24 to 48 hours prior to serving.

    Serve with crackers.
