Ingredients
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (softened)
- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons diced pimento
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash red pepper (or hot sauce)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
How To Make i love cheese cheese ball

Step 1In large bowl shred cheddar cheese and use fork (or clean hands) to blend well with cream cheese. Add 1/2 cup pecans and all other ingredients.

Step 2Refrigerate for about 30 minutes so cheese mixture will form better.

Step 3Form into one large or two smaller balls and roll in pecan pieces.

Step 4Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Better if refrigerated 24 to 48 hours prior to serving. Serve with crackers.
