The first time I made this recipe, my boys were ready to worship at my feet. I made a large crockpot full, and it lasted less than a day.

Ingredients

  • 6 cans chunk chicken breast (large)
  • 6 boxes philadelphia cream cheese
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups ranch dressing
  • - franks buffalo wing sauce
  • - tostito's and/or frito scoops (2-3 bags)

How To Make hot chicken queso

  • Step 1
    Open and drain chicken, place in crock pot. Crumble up chicken.
  • Step 2
    Add cheeses
  • Step 3
    Add ranch dressing
  • Step 4
    add Buffalo wing sauce. Amount is up to you, the more you add, the hotter it is. My family prefers things on the milder side so I add about 2/3 of a bottle.
  • Step 5
    Turn crock pot on high and allow to melt, stirring occasionally. When fully melted and blended, reduce heat and serve.
