Ingredients
- 2 8oz packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 5 ounces dried chipped beef chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 stick butter
How To Make hot beef dip

Step 1Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and milk til well blended

Step 2Add green onion, chipped beef and onion salt

Step 3Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish

Step 4Place butter and pecans in a heavy frying pan. Heat until slightly soft

Step 5Pour over the cheese/beef mixture

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly and brown

Step 7Serve hot with cocktail bread or crackers
