    6 oz. each marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1
    clove pressed garlic
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
  • 3/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Hot Artichoke Dip


  1. preheat oven 375*. Drain and coarsely chop hearts. Mix artichoke hearts with remaining ingredients. Spoon into shallow dish such as a pie pan. sprinkle some more parmesan cheese over the top. Bake 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly. Serve with crackers and bread pieces or vegetables. For Hot spinach and artichoke dip add 1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and rained.
