hot artichoke and spinach dip ii
Never knew how much I loved Artichoke and Spinach until I stumbled across this recipe. Wow, do they make a great combination! This recipe has had over 49,000 people save it in All recipes.com. (sounds like a winner to me) It is made by Tiffany Brennan and is wonderful. The only problem is I want to eat it myself and not share with anyone. LOL --- I love how creamy, cheesy and salty this is. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup romano cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make hot artichoke and spinach dip ii

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Lightly grease a small baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan chees, romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.

Step 2Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. TOp with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.

Step 3Scoop out some in a bowl and enjoy with tortilla chips, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli or some pieces of bread.
