Horseradish Cheese Spread

Colleen Sowa

This is an easy recipe for family gatherings or parties! Not too many kids care for the horseradish flavor and spice... but it is a big hit with grown-ups!

The basic ingredients made a great cheese spread with or without horseradish, sometimes I add other ingredients to change it up a bit.
