holiday cheese rolls

this started from a recipe my mom used when i was a kid threw the years i've added an changed it i make this every holiday time there are so many things u can add to this instead of the bacon/horseradish..... have used drried beef and green onions

Ingredients
- 2 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese[any kind]
- 2 teaspoons grated green onion
- 1 dash red hot sauce
- 1/2 pound your fav cheese...i like swiss
- 1/4 pound bacon, cooked
- 2 tablespoons horseradish,drained well
- - dried chives[to roll log in]
How To Make holiday cheese rolls

Step 1have cream cheese at room temp..place in med bowl... with hand mixer blend til light and fluffy...add all other things[[except chives] and stir with spoon

Step 2take wax paper and put cream cheese mix on it in log shape keep rolling and shaping til the log is bout the size of a cracker.... then wrap in plastic wrap and put in fridge at least 4 hrs but overnight is ok too

Step 3when ready to serve remove from plastic wrap put on wax paper that dried chives have been placed..roll while pressing lightly to get chives to stick... serve with any bbuttery cracker...
