- CHEESE BALL
- 4 - 5 ounces plain goat cheese, room temperature
- 1 package cream cheese, room temperature (8 oz)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chives, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries, finely chopped
- OUTSIDE LAYER

How To Make holiday cheese balls

Step 1CHEESE BALL Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined. Cover and transfer to the fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 2Place a piece of plastic wrap on a cutting board and scoop the cheese mixture into the center.

Step 3Gather the 4 corners of the film and bring them towards the middle. Holding with one hand, twist the plastic wrap and shape the cheese into a ball.

Step 4Transfer to the fridge for 1 hour.

Step 5OUTSIDE LAYER In a small bowl, stir all the ingredients together and transfer to a plate.

Step 6Remove the wrap from the cheese ball and roll it in the mixture until evenly coated and covering the entire ball, pressing down gently to adhere the ingredients.

Step 7Enjoy immediately or wrap in plastic film and back to the fridge until ready to serve.
