How to Make HOLIDAY BEEF BALL, JAMIE'S WAY
- To make a snowman with this recipe I doubled the recipe.
Let the cream cheese come to room temp.
- Finely chop the onion, nuts of your choice, I used walnuts, and finely chop the dried beef.
- Place the cream cheese in the bowl and add all the ingredients and mix well.
Form into two balls for the body and one the size of a head for your snowman. I did roll mine up in nuts too but you can omit that if you prefer to have nuts only on the inside.
- Place you balls on a plate then decorate with olives and small pretzels for arms. I used a very small carrot for the nose and I also wrapped a slice of pimento around the neck for a scraf.
I found the little hat in a specialty store and glued the little bird on top of hat. Michaels had these items several years ago.
