herb stuffed mushrooms
Got this one from Elana Amsterdam but added a few things to suit my tastes. I used the herbs from my garden. It's very rich, so a little goes a long way. I baked these in my toaster convection oven.

Ingredients
- 1 pound white button mushrooms
- 8 ounces brick goat cheese
- 1/4 cup minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1/2 cup basil chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon better than bouillon (turkey flavor)
How To Make herb stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Heat oven to 350'F. Clean the mushrooms with a brush or paper towel.

Step 2Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Cut a piece of parchment and line your baking sheet with it.

Step 3Set the mushrooms on the sheet.

Step 4Place the cheese, parsley,chives,basil,garlic and bouillon in a food processor and process until well blended. This should be a rich green shade.

Step 5Put a teaspoon of the mixture in each of the mushrooms.

Step 6Bake for 20-25 minutes, until edges of goat cheese are slightly brown.

Step 7Cool and Serve.
