- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley leaves
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make herb cheese spread

Step 1In a bowl add butter, sour cream, and cream cheese. Add the garlic and herbs and mix together well. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
