I've recently discovered Sharp Cheddar flavored Velveeta cheese. Because Velveeta melts nicely I do believe it has a place in the kitchen. I recently concocted this dip and I've found nobody can eat just one helping. It is flavorful and creamy, but also has a bit of kick. Need more kick? Amp up the spices. I also have discovered leftovers can be stored and reheated nicely.

How to Make "Have Some More" Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown and drain hamburger in a medium saucepan.
  2. Cube the Velveeta and cream cheese. Add cubes to the hamburger and melt over low heat.
  3. As cheeses are melting, add Ro-tel and green chiles to the hamburger/cheese mixture. Continue to melt, stirring occasionally. Heat until all cheese is melted and dip is sufficiently warmed.
  4. Pour into serving dish and serve with chips or vegetable sticks of choice. This dip is also good served in a bread bowl with baguette slices. Enjoy!
